I have been looking for a sustainable shoe, particularly some heeled mules, for a while. My first choice was to find some secondhand, but couldn’t really find what I wanted. Specifically, I was looking for brown leather heeled mules that weren’t super high. Being that I’m a little older and have arthritis on my left knee, the heel height, the fit, and the comfortability of the leather are all really important. Buying something from a sustainable shoe company is of equal importance. After doing some research on sustainable companies that carry this type of product, the Brown Leather Heeled Mules that I liked the most and wanted to try are from Everlane, Nisolo, and Able.
